It may happen that you are not satisfied with the article delivered by us. Then you can of course return the item.
How it works;
- Mail or call us and we will help you further.
- Complete the form and send it with the article.
- When we have received the article you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- We will review your application and contact you about further processing.
When returning the article it is important to fill in the form as clearly as possible. This will promote rapid handling. Send the completed form with the article.
If you send something back then this is for your own risk. PROPTICS is not responsible for lost or damaged articles that are returned.
After receiving the article we will assess your application and then contact you about the result of the assessment and the further processing.
Refund or exchange
When returning an item, you have the option to receive the same item again. We will then send you the item as soon as possible.
You can also choose to receive an other article, which is of course no problem. Is this article more expensive or cheaper than we contact you about the extra payment or what we return.
If you choose not to exchange the item, we will refund the money within 7 days. We will contact you about this.
Whatever choice you make, it is important that you inform us within 14 days of receiving the item that you want to return this item.
