Your privacy is of great importance to PROPTICS. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that we:

Take necessary security measures to protect your personal information. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data for us.
Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed with us.
Your data is safe with us and we will always use this data neatly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do with the web shop with information that we learn about you. If you have any questions, or want to know exactly what we keep track of you, please contact PROPTICS.

Handling order;
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then give your personal details to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your name and address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until your order is completed. We retain certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.

Statistics and profiling;
We keep statistics on the use of our web store. With these statistics we improve our web shop to show only relevant information. We can combine your personal data with you to learn more about you. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always report this to us.

For this we use your e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information for six weeks.

Contact Form;
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your e-mail address, IP address and name. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this by e-mail. You can object to this advertisement at any time. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can also report this via your account.

Provision to other companies or institutions;
With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we will not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this if there is a suspicion of a crime).

We keep statistics on the use of our web store.

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to enter it all the time. But we can also see that you are visiting us again.
