The Vortex Red Dot Rifle Scope Viper 6 MOA combines speed and simplicity, the super-low mounting height makes it the perfect solution for handguns with cutout slides. The Viper Red Dot 6 Moa is built for high Achievements and versatility. The clear daylight Red Dot is adjustable in 10 intensities, easy visible and gives you clear sights whatever the light conditions or background is. The Red Dot is made of aluminium which is also used for aircraft and consists of one part. The left-side up/down power and illumination controls are easy to access and manipulate. Recessed 1 MOA windage and elevation adjustments are super clean, protected from incidental contact, and always at the ready.
Besides that the Viper Red Dot can be mounted on an pistol with cutout slide he can also be mounted on a picatinny or weaver rail with the supplied mounting. Beside this it is possible to mount the Viper Red Dot in conjunction with the Picatinny clamp and the AR-15 Risor Mount on your AR-15 rifle, see the optional accessories for the AR-15 Risor Mount. The Virper Red Dot has an 14-hour auto-shutdown feature which maximizes battery life. This means up to 150 hours of use at the highest setting, and at the more common lower settings can allow up to 30,000 hours usage.
